Anthony Davis added 24 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 blocks for the Lakers in the victory, while Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 24 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 blocks for the Timberwolves. With the victory, the Lakers have secured the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference of the 2023 NBA Playoffs where they will face the No. 2 seed Grizzlies, while the Timberwolves will play the winner of tomorrow’s New Orleans Pelicans-Oklahoma City Thunder Play-In Game, with the winner securing the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference of the 2023 NBA Playoffs.

That Schroder 3 pointer and posing directly in front of the TWolves bench was so cold…and then Mike Conley hits 3 straight highly-pressured free throws. THIS is what many of us were hoping for the Play-In games to look like!

An entertaining game for sure, but a very sloppy one too. Bad offense, many unforced turnovers, boneheaded move by AD to end regulation. Neither team looked like a potential champion. Also terrible reffing. Hoping both these teams can clean things up.

KRAZY GAME! LeBron and Dennis Schroeder made some impossible and important plays in the late game. And Anthony Davis was at his strongest point when needed the most. That made the difference. And idk what happen to Wolves just started bricking in 4th qtr. especially Anthony Edwards they are dominant the entire game. Congratulations Lakers!!

What a crazy and stressful game!! Lebron and Dennis carry the team in the fourth and almost won in regulation but AD had to screw up again with that foul. They got the win in OT but they got to play better against Memphis!

fantastic performance by Lebron. 30p 10r 6a on 67%ts / 57%fg 2bl 1st. He was great offensively and was good defensively, best player on the court if he didn't score like that they would have easily lost. How does the guy in year 20 need to carry the team

as a lakers fan im not sure how i feel about this win. i think the defensive push in the 4th quarter was a positive but we only won because we were playing a team that made more boneheaded mistakes than we did. that kind of late game sloppiness will not cut it against any of the elite title contenders. really frustrated that ad hasn't learned from his late game mistakes ie that loss to the mavs where he also gave the game away with a stupid 3 point foul. ham needs to step up his coaching and get his guys locked in during closing minutes, way too sloppy and lazy.

Hey i dont know so much about the rules of basketball. Would you mind explaining to me why after the 3 of schröder the game continued from the sideline in the lakers half? As far as i noticed the ball wasnt back in play after that celebration and there were still 1.4 seconds on the clock after schröders three and when minnesota continued the play. So how did the ball end up in the lakers half without the clock running? You cant just start the play from whereever you want, right?
