I was literally just thinking about how Aubrey’s snappy attitude would NOT have worked if she was a black woman. obviously it got her kicked out the group eventually but Diddy put up with it way longer than he would’ve if she was a black woman.

The levels of in depth transparency makes this interview next level like a Dirty Money record. Dawn looks so fresh and glowing. Real shame about both groups. Danity Kane was meant to be that transitional international big girl group and Puff missed it. In many ways I was glad Aubrey was so outspoken in favour of the group to Puff because although she got wild at times she also knew what the group supposed to be, and Puff missed the vision. Her key flaw was no tunnel vision getting sidetracked on celebrity hunger. Dawn is special because she gets the industry, so the mentality of nobody owes me anything (even if they did) keeps the drive in music alive. Kudos Dawn ❤️💐💐

I've watched Dawn from her start on MTV and followed her through her career. I could say a lot here, but if I could tell her one thing it's that I feel the same way about Last Train To Paris. I still listen to it every couple months, same as Danity Kane and anything Dawn's done... including NPR. I could listen to her talk or sing or dance the entire day long. The only thing missing is Aundrea.

I’m the biggest TLC fan. Danity Kane could have been bigger than them and the spice girls. Diddy mess that up, the girls was gonna eventually work it out. Coming from a show like that, things were gonna eventually turn around. They should have fought harder when he fire them on national tv. They should have been like a unit at that moment.

skurinski I’m quite sure it could have been possible. For example if Left Eye didn’t pass away, TLC could have been the biggest worldwide because they sold 65 million and spice girls sold 85 million. From a marketing perspective, what made Danity Kane different is all the girls had the great vocals but in reality it was a reality show. My opinion.
