There's "life-changing music-redefining masterpiece", then there's this album. It truly is on a plane of its own. I can't think of another album in all of music that even comes close to how well-written this album was from start to finish. If you guys even capture a fraction of this same magic on your upcoming album, it will also be one of the greatest albums of all time. I'm very much looking forward to it. That first single is a very, very good sign.

@@spectriaofficial honestly he really is just a normal dude. I was at their album release show for this album in Boston and he was just chilling at the merch stand selling shirts and talking to people. Going up to buy a shirt from him was one of the most humbling things I've ever experienced

these guys are the next giant in progressive metal. Gonna be up there with Dream Theater, Opeth and Between the Buried and me. So pronounced and refined, such spacious and dare i say epic tunes

It's funny, I'm having almost the exact same experience as I did listening to "Sleep at the Edge of the Earth". At first listen I like it quiet a bit, and then every listen reveals more subtlety and new things to enjoy in each song. Just incredible.

Just ordered the CD off of Amazon. Taking the Opeth motif and spinning it up into something uniquely their own. This composition is a musical masterpiece. Wishing the band much success with this release and look forward to more of their unique creativity. Wilderun has fashioned their own star in the progressive rock/metal firmament. Well done!

Then I discovered Sleep and Epigone. Where have you guys been this whole time? Saw you in Denver a month or so ago, and even with only 4 songs you guys dominated the venue. No joke its my favorite metal album I have found in over a decade. It came off like a prog metal movie soundtrack. I'm hooked. You guys are fucking incredible. lol

This is absolutely incredible. The production is delightful. Gorgeously melodic, seamless transition between different sub-genres of metal. Reminds me at times of the golden era of Opeth.

I have listened to maybe nearly 10,000 metal albums. Veil of Imagination is defo in the top 10 of albums imo. You are up there with Dream Theatre, Nevermore, Scar Symmetry, Cattle Decapitation, Symphony X.

Best song on the album - really love the epic melodies, clean vocals and folky sounds with the acoustic. Some of the songs lean a bit too far from the folk side of things and just sound like prog metal without much folk influence but this one is fantastic. I'd love to hear more like this (and ash memory 1-4 from the last album which is probably my favourite song of all time). Great work and cool to see your studio time.

yup, exactly my thoughts. oh, and garden of fire. hope they go back to that sound in next efforts. this one is good but for me strays too far from what made me love wilderun folk metal and one piece!

It's defo Unimaginable Zero for me but I FEEL l what you're saying. Except... wait what? You think there's folkier songs on this album? XD This album is almost completely devoid of it EXCEPT for here imo. Maybe Scentless Core Fading I guess but.. man it just honestly feels like orchestral prog death to me. This album is the model tbh for what I've been trying to do for this project im posting this from the account of for YEARS... but our upcoming debut doesn't even come CLOSE to this rip

This is my favourite song of all time...wonderful soaring melodies, amazing guitar work and top notch tub thumping!! 4:35 gives me goosebumps every time....and the key changes had me right from the very start.

@@Wilderunband Sorry, hate is too much, can I rephrase this? I think it doesn't go well with the rest of the album, and it's on a place that makes it be the "climax". So I'm hearing this amazing album, and right in the middle there's this. It kills the flow for me, the song itself is fine.
