It is quite unfortunate that people nowadays always try to link everything to geopolitics, and trying to forget the development of science and technology is urging for improvement of human living standard. 6G technology is potentially a great tool to improve productivity and make new emerging technology like robotics, AIOT, metaverse... go live in society. China is getting into an aging society and we can foresee the human resource should get into the bottleneck (especially in the labor intensive industrial and service sectors) very soon. They have to find a solution for such a potential problem for their own country. 6G is one of the core technologies that can transform human-intensive inference society into smart society. Actually, the aging problem and human resource bottleneck are also happened in the western and developed countries but quite unfortunate the politicians are not trying to take effort to direct their countries to do R&D but wasting their time and money to play around in geopolitics.
