Supreme court questioned the delay in arresting.As a common man i cannot understand whether kejrival avoided receiving summons till 9 times being elected by the people as their chief minister From now onwards every person who is served summons can refuse any number of times.This has become a precedent now If someone before arrest or after arrest say he wants to propagate for election. HE or she should be permitted

Think ,Kejriwal himself has admiitted in court that yes, he has recieved liquor-money and that money was spent in Goa- election .Asking about the details of expenses done in that election ,he simply denied having any a/c of those money . Farziwal did not get interim bail. He is in sort of parol and in virtual judicial custody . In jail he was still CM while out of jail he has been suspended by SC as he cannot sign any file, goto CM office and cannot do anything that a CM is supposed to do😂
