I am new to the channel and came across this video. I love the genuine honest conversation. This conversation had me wondering with their being an honest “school “ don’t they need to provide adequate nutritional somewhat balanced nutrition with minors working on set? How do we get entertainment corporations (actors, singers, dancers etc.) to be mandatory to meet nutritional needs of minors….. vs sugar and over caffeinated kids to keep working?

You are both a big part of my childhood and I got to meet Will and it was very surreal. I just told him thank you for being so up front with his struggles as I've been dealing with the same since my teens. I'm incredibly anxious and have struggled with my weight since puberty, it's only lately I've dropped over 30 lbs but still have about 40 more to go.

Great episode guys! Somehow your instagram got recommended to me after researching some stuff about the BLOW movie and I could not believe its you (Tuna). Mad respect to your transformation Ethan and keep going with the podcast!

I rocked the first 40 years of my life and was always a few weeks away from fitness perfection. "Every guy thinks he's six sit-ups away from nailing Cindy Crawford!" But when I finally quit drinking (13yrs ago) my weight skyrocketed. My metabolism has never been the same. Good to see a positive, realist-conversation happening on KZfaq about real problems and solutions. Thanks for making this available to all of us who struggle. *I finally decided that while I don't have Diabetes, I MUST eat as if I do, if I'm going to lose weight and get healthy. This includes looking at Junk Food and Carbs just like I look at alcohol: Not Today

I just watched Will on another podcast today 6months after this one. His hair is short and it made me think. That’s like diet, short hair more gel, less shampoo. Long hair more conditioner. It’s nice just adjust to the condition.

You just have to choose whatever diet allows YOU to have a workable calorie deficit. That’s the minimum - of course you can tweak when you get reaaaally close to goal weight.
