AT 29 years old I would not offer him a contract until after he proves himself as a Jet in Year 1.

JD had to know going into this trade that Reddick wanted a new deal. JD also isn't the type of guy who's going to panic-pay someone. Won't be surprised if he holds out into camp, but I'm pretty confident they get a deal done

Are you speaking about the Joe Douglas that if you take out a 7-9 season in 2019 where he did not join the team until June and therefore did not run the draft or free agency has led the jets to an abysmal 20-47 in four full seasons. That’s a win percentage of .299. Is that the Joe Douglas who would never do anything stupid that would cause this team to suck???!!!!
