Your ex will feel guilty because you can heal by your self and your ex can't heal by themself get into rebound relationship to seek happiness but deep inside they are sad and start thingking of you again because you don't care what their doing.

Things happen for a reason. People seem to forget that they dont own their exes..holding on to some one that doesnt want them means that they need to come to reality.. they just dont want to feel the pain.. theres a shit load of people out in this world to choose.. the main root problem people hold on like a kid smothering a balloon, is that they put their exes on a pedestal and your exes know this, making you weak in their eyes... have pride and respect for yourself. Dont make another person be your happiness.. love yourself instead of giving to someone that tossed you like trash... let them have their rebound..you in the other hand sculpture yourself to be a better and improve new version of yourself.. learn to be alone.. being ina relationship makes you have tunnel vision...the way to get your power back is to just walk away and dont look back go no contact. They are dead to you.. let people that truelly want to be with you come to you.. know your value. Be the prize be the gem be you and live life to the fullest instead of dwelling on a person that tossed you like a aborted fetus...really think hard on that!!! You have a choice to be there waiting and hurting or you can just turn around and leap back into reality and life and just execute your goals and dreams..

Respectfully, all of that "make yourself into a better version of yourself" is a big fat insult. Huge. Humongous and utterly degrading. The simple truth is that one person no longer desires being with the other person. The person being broken up with should NOT feel as if they weren't good enough. 😡

No contact will not ruin the rebound it will make it easier for them! If they come to feel for you in the way they used to then there might be a chance of them contacting you but never contact them and never take your ex back after a rebound because then they are rebounding with you

I stepped back as soon as I found out my ex was lying when he said he wasn't with anyone when all he did was hide her from me but he didn't hide it from everyone else. no one else did he hide it from. Now I stay far away of them it just hurts too much.

Went through the exact same thing in January. He was texting me everyday, even had sex with me a few times and phone calls late into the night (like 2am calls). Turns out he was seeing someone in the background and was bringing her to parties and events. I hope you're doing better now.

You're so right about the long-distance relationships. My gf moved to another city and cheated on me with a guy that is basically her neighbor. She decided to stay with that guy after I found out. I just have to accept it is better for both of us as well

My ex didn’t give me a fair shot.. he completely hid the fact that he had someone else already. We had talked, we told each other feelings, but I never did the recommended steps in letting go with a rebound. So we have been broken up for 6 months and they’ve been together at least 4 of those months. I just now feel like I can do things properly but feel that I already pushed him closer to her because he hid it for so long. Do I have any prayer?!

Idk… our break up wasn’t bad. We decided to take time apart. I wanted her to come home. That’s when I was doing my begging and pleading. Few weeks go by and that when she said “we aren’t together right now” she wasn’t coming home. Stayed at her dads. We talked. She didn’t want me completely out of her life. So we would talk here and there. She reached out for some things. We talked once and she said she never ruled out getting back together. She just didn’t know what the future holds. Then I found out about her rebound and that’s when I packed her clothes up and brought them to her moms. Her mom talked to her she told her mom she thinks about getting back with me all the time but the timing isn’t right. There’s things she wants to do for her. She hasn’t told her mom about this dude or even posted him or nothing. Mom knows about him cause of me. I said told her “imma let u be for a while. U do u and I’m gonna do me, I hope u figure everything out and if the universe brings us back together, it’ll be better the second time around.” She never told me we were thru or nothing like she did with people from her past. She’s keeping the door open according to her mom and friend. So now she got to miss me and wonder what life is really like with me not in hers. Imma be ok.

My advice is not to wait for her and date another girls. You can say what u want but she is getting f hard by another dude and you are letting her know that you ll wait for her with your actions. Man up and date another chicks and U'll see her reaction then my friend. Like this she think you are not even worth her time and in her eyes U are beta guy....

I broke NC after 3 months bcos he has said to best friend to msg me, he recently personally reached to see me to an event where I am, he was missing me badly. so after 3moths NC I msgd him, sent a gift on his bday. But he didnt even reply, but showed he read it. Also he uses a new WA ,which I cant access . He was deeply in love wit me after he reached to me after our 2nd harsh breakup . But he felt rejected for a quote I shared. Thats Y he started a rebound for pain, anger , to show off. Now he hifdes it to me. Bcos I sent a vulnerable msg on his bday last week, will he get mo closer to his rebound ? Or wil it fail in 6-7 months? Now its the 5th month & he is a 100% FA / BPD . I cant eat or sleep these days..

He saw bringing up anything as the relationship being flawed 🤷🏻‍♀️ He would stonewall, leave the room, turn up the music, etc when I would bring anything up - even in the calmest way and that would really hurt. He was terrified of emotions and would avoid communication.

Coach. Me and my gf broke up 2 months ago. She found someone else a few days later. Thanksgiving rolls around. There’s a thanksgiving post on Instagram of them. Now she made Xmas cards with him. We were together for 2 years. She only posted me once on her Instagram. She’s done this before. Back in may. We broke up, she started dating someone else, posted him fast on her social media. What’s your opinion on this Coach? My ex left me for someone else, i did no contact and he came back twice, saying he still loves me and misses me, but won’t break up with the new girl. We were even planning a trip for me to visit him.. but he just won’t leave her.. so the last time he texted me i asked him not to contact me anymore unless he truly wants to work on our relationship, he saw the text but didn’t respond. After that i blocked him everywhere. Do you think i did the right thing? Cause it seamed like he was confused about his feelings, and im afraid that he wont say anything even if he realizes I’m the one he wants to be with

You have to look at the whole... what is her private situations, does she has her shut together ? Single mother or maybe no kids? How is her family? Its about the whole... because if her new guy will see all the negative stuff , the new guy will probably try to find a better one and break up...

Depends in the length of the relationship. Some can lose it within 5 days, others 5 months.

She said she doesn't feel for her ex anymore, and also deleted his pictures from social media but is guilty that she left him first and is the reason for his misery. She has introduced me with her close friends and her family too. Saw future with me too. But when her ex cries she feels guilty and gets confused for me but still does not wants to go back to him. Now she doubts that she loves me or not, and asked me to move on amd doesn't want me to be part of her unstable life. Will no contact work for me to get her back?
