I will always support a women led brand more, Nykaa is my go to app for beauty shopping. Tira is doing well and it will ultimately benefit customers because of this competition.

I like nykaa's UI, used tira but uninstalled as they used a bad delivery partner. I prefer nykaa. 😊

That's a unique stance, not widely shared! Although we have a lot to compare the two platforms bases their features, points of service like delivery time, partner are more important as they directly interact with customers. Fair point!

I would always prefer nykaa over Tira unless they are giving unimaginable deals which they don't. I would even prefer myntra beauty over tira as they have way better deals sometimes.

Reliance destroyed Urban Ladder too. The quality of furniture used to be so good before it was acquired by Reliance. I love nykaa and will always buy from them.

Always Nykaa as this platform has always provided customers with good and premium quality beauty products. Tira is uselessly pricey and copied Nykaa.

Can give some compression or your perspective on how this brands or beauty stores targeting different Indian classes? Like how dupe of lux or premium brands are increasing which can be seen in weekly markets or nearest cosmetic store! Can you put some light on it?

That's a great question! We are putting together a case study that dives deeper into the premium segment of Indian market. Although focused on fashion, it will cover how they target the different segments of Indian audience! However, counterfeit products will rise in a developing market like India as luxury brands expand. This is because of aspirational value and brand consciousness of Indian consumers!
