If Jonas can’t be there i hope Visma will go all in on Kuss….It will provide the answer, that everyone besides Americans, already knows.

Plenty of Americans know that Sepp was handed the Vuelta, it was a team effort. And plenty know he is not on the same level of Jonas and Tadej, and probably Roglic and Remco as well. He's never been a great TT guy, this could be because he has been saving his energy to do his domestique job. If he is a team leader in the Tour and doesn't podium I think plenty of Americans won't be surprised, he's not at that level. Look, we're happy to see an American or two up front, and winning a race here and there. We're not delusional, well at least me. 😃

Our local legend of pronunciation helped put Cycling on the map in West Texas, John Harris a Triathlete for life but also Scholarship player at Texas Tech and the voice of their Basketball and Football, we looked forward to his reports on TV Sports in the era of Magazines being our typical news: " Abdujaparov, Fignon, Roche etc"

I think Jumbo's game plan largly depends on Wout being 100% for the TdF. I think it's nearly impossible that Jonas is ready, so if Wout is 100% then he is their GC rider. If Wout isn't ready then it goes to Sepp with Matteo free to chase stage wins (I hope!). But Sepp has to show some better form then he has so far this year, hoping his plan was just to peak later in the year but he has looked pretty flat so far.

If Vingegaard is not at the TDF, Visma LAB will still have a decent team at the start, hopefully with Wout van Aert, Kuss and Jorgenson, but not more than that. Calls for a different approach than last year, not pretending to roast the competition.

I like Sepp but he doesn't have a chance against Pogacar, not even close. Jonas is the only rider who rivals Pog and his chances of being healed and ready for the tdf this year are nil.

I agree as of now pogacar is more well rounded but I wouldn't be so quick to just write off sepp he is a top level rider and has been at the very front in some of the hardest mountain stages over the last few years

Sepp needs to cook a little more. Jorgensen seems to be on a good thread of form build up. Sepp is no where near that right now and I have a feeling when the tour rolls around, he will be behind guys like Pidcock, Jorgensen, Bernal, etc..

I think Tadej is going to win the Tour (barring, of course, any injury at the Giro d’Italia. I wish he weren’t going to ride that!
