Unlike others, Honda make their own CVT 'boxes. They work well and last seemingly forever. Technical expertise speaking here.

Honda desperately needs a bread and butter vehicle in this country in my opinion. Honda Civic 1.5l RS priced at 725k. Honda CRV priced at over one million for a 1.5l turbo engine...the latest Mazda CX 60 ís making more sense given it's 3.3l V6 mild hybrid diesel engine.

The car is amazing. However... No cruise control. Even in the top model. Yet, they have this feature where it is built (in India). Weird one. Making it very much a city car with the occasional long road travel.

I hate to complain but I feel like Juliet squeezes car reviews in as a third hobby and we are left feeling like some important details were missed or ommitted. I get her quirky approach and thats also what I enjoy about her reviews but I sometimes feel the balance is too much on that and not enough about the actual car, just my two cents

I guess exterior angles, dash, features, backseat, boot, power, fuel economy, drive, price, colour options, service plan, warranty...those would be what Id like to know

Yes they’re building reliable cars and all but that CVT I can’t stand it. The CVT in the Qashqai is pretty quiet and mimicks gear changes.

I am a former rally/racing driver. Thanks for the absence of cruise control. Cruise control doesn't save fuel and I have seen a road death because of it. Young people cannot drive well; their ineptitude is alarming.

Honda never was a volume seller. Typically bought by better educated, more sophisticated people. Also more modest.

I test drove it last week. It is very plain and I can't get excited about it. But is not a bad car. Just the CVT is annoying.

Hi I'm from India, the one being sold here has Cruise control and 6 airbags. It is also being exported to Japan from India with these features. Which country are you in?

@@sriramnarayanan3552 we in South Africa. Only the top model gets 6 airbags. Nice car but under speced for the price

@@michaelflinn7784 ok got it. In India as well only the top variant gets 6 airbags, but from this month onwards they are planning to give it in all variants, and ofcourse it comes with a cost hike.

Not the same car, the suzuki Vitara uses a 1.6 4 speed torque converter auto the vitara brezza, fronx and grand vitara uses a 1.5 4 speed auto. Honda doesn't have a partnership with Suzuki but toyota has
