Yes we all know there will be a new singe drooping soon by the Beatles called Now and Then. But I don't think it will be just one song. I think there is even bigger news just around the corner. Please join me as I SPECULATE on what the next "Big" possible announcement could be after the Red and Blue Greatest hits albums!

There are thousands of us who just want excellent mono Beatles pressings. We shouldn't have to spend hundreds to get just one of those.

I may be in the minority, but I would truly want to see something really different like the India 78s reproduced. In my mind it’s an untapped collectible that could be huge.

I enjoyed this video, and wouldn't it be great if this happened ! The Beatles always did big things so just releasing the red and blue set seems sort of small for them. Fingers crossed for your prediction. Enjoyed this, take care!

I hardly think that Beatles would re release all of their remaining records in one fell swoop thats 6 records. Perhaps Rubber Soul and Help as the music on each of those albums has a similar feel. The other LPs will come out in future years.

Really hope they remix and do a Rubber Soul boxset next.. Same with the remaining albums, hope they get the boxset treatment as well.

Apart from th pointless 'red' and 'blue' remixs that have been announced, 'Rubber Soul' would be the most obvious (and desired) project to come next...

@@timlejon3302 To me they seem pointless because they were surpassed in '87 by 'Past Masters' (shame about the cover art though) and later by '1' (for those who just wanted the single 'hits'), and because (mostly) AAA vinyl remasters were released in 2014 and sound pretty damned good. In its original form the 'Red' album would have been a better value if it had been fleshed out a little, because it was pretty short even by vinyl standards (it was ridiculously short when released later on as a double CD). Now, if the new versions include, for example the tracks that were released on the 'Rarities' compilation (UK or US versions) then that would be VERY interesting.

I could be wrong, but seeing as the stuff that’s out there now, is readily available and often discounted, I think the market may already be saturated with Beatles reissues.

I’m personally not interested in any Beatles reissues, unless they’re done right. And it doesn’t seem like they’re likely to be done right ever again. I don’t want a remix or a half speed master, just analogue reissue.

Yes I think Apple will release the Beatles catalog from please please me to rubber soul , but not release all in one go , but maybe , 1 or 2 a year , that makes more sense.

DES and DCS has been around for a long time now. Maybe Peter Jackson came up with another process, but probably not. Is Peter Jackson a computer guy? Is Peter Jackson an electronic tech guy? I doubt it. Giles Martin has admittedly never had the Beatles tape masters in his hands. He has seen them in the EMI vault. He has stated that he used digital files. Again, why would someone come up with a new demixing software when it has been available for years? Where have you been?

They’re not gona release all those in one go when one a year has served them well. So hope they don’t do red and blue, compilations are redundant in the age of streaming.

My thing with the Atlantic 75 series is that Chad has made such a big deal about finally listening to customers/fans and doing more modern titles… but liiiike… most of them are still 40-50 years old. There are, what, two titles from the past 30 years? Idk. And there are still fat too many titles that have gotten release after release.

I agree. I am 42 and the 90s was my decade for music. But isn't the whole thing about using the original analog tapes? Recordings went mainly digital in the early 90s, so those AAA tapes don't exist.
