One of my members shared this article with me about the lies we’ve been told about mental health, which is brilliant and definitely deserves a read.
One line in particular stands out to me, “ If a plant were wilting we wouldn’t diagnose it with “wilting-plant-syndrome” - we would change its conditions”
Right now we are in late spring/wood element season and so if we are feeling stuck, frustrated, resentful, irritated then we can provide the roots of our tree more water.
Which means - more rest, more time in stillness and quiet, more connection with the mystery of life.
We can also create balance by trimming back the tree by making more space in our schedules.
