INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Use your headphones for a better experience!
2) Inhale through the nose or mouth and exhale through the mouth letting the air out. Keep a steady pace and use your midriff fully. Repeat this for 40 times.
3) Then let the air out and hold for as long as you can without force. Hold the breath until you experience the gasp reflex.
4) Inhale to full capacity. Feel your chest expanding. When you are at full capacity, hold the breath for around 20 seconds.
5) Repeat this process for 5 times!
6) Close your eyes, relax and go with the flow! :)
You may feel tingling in the hands, feet, or face. If the sensation of light-headedness gets too intense, just pause until you feel settled and then continue. Listen to your body and go with the flow.
IMPORTANT: Do this breathing technique in a comfortable seat-either in a chair or on cushions on the floor. Do not do this practice before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or any other environment/place where it might be dangerous to faint!!!
Frequencies used to stimulate, decalcify and decalcify the pineal gland (background music):
* 1.5 Hz - Creates entrainment effect between the hypothalamus, the pituitary gland, and the pineal gland [Binaural Beat].
* 15 Hz - Physical frequency of the pineal gland, right brain and right eye [Monaural Beat].
* 20 Hz - Stimulation of the pineal gland [Isochronic Tone].
The pineal gland, a tiny pine cone shaped organ in the center of the brain, has been a mystery for years. Some call it the “seat of the soul” or the “third eye,” believing it holds mystical powers. Others believe it produces and secretes the “spirit molecule” for its spiritual awakening-type trips.

Very nice series, best instruction guiding heard so far, only wish the breathing sound was lower and the sqeezing could be more like Wim's mulabandha and muscle sqeeze, how to squeeze the head? Also nice if tempo speeds up in later rounds to intensify the effect.

Thank you 🙏 for the simple yet very powerful breathing exercise. A question. Is it normal to lose concentration in each round when breathing towards the end of each round? My experience is that right around the 35 count my mind wonders off and I don’t breath. My mind comes back then I start breathing again. I’m able to hold my breath without feeling I need to breath on the hold.
@91whydoesitmatter19
@91whydoesitmatter19 2 жыл бұрын
Everyone has a different spot they should start holding from. In the Wim Hof ap you can design your own breath holding exercises and you could set it for 35 breath sessions and whatever time holds you want. If you're saving money like me, we just have to adapt to whatever is on KZfaq or start practicing it on our own.
@alexanderjones3828

For me yes, but it didn't occur until my body became accustomed to the experience. I find i now must be more aware in order to avoid loss of concentration.

I wanted to ask about squeezing belly, neck and head. Where is that coming from? What are we trying to achieve? It interests me. I once measured saturation during wim hof. And it was OK all the way except the part when I do the final breathe in for 15 seconds. Then it suddenly drops. I would've expected it to go up, but it goes down. Curious. Great video, thank you!

I would assume your blood pumps all the oxygen into your muscles during the 15 sec hold at the end utilizing it all efficiently. Squeezing just expedites shipping

I like to breathe through the mouth because I feel my lung capacity is larger, but I do a few repeated nose breathe ins - it feels different and helps activate a rush. So nose is good too. Sometimes I alternate for mouth and nose for 5-10 breaths or ... do both: nose and a bit of mouth at the same time. But go back to mouth. Do what you prefer. Sometimes people start with nose only and do later rounds with what they see fit.
