Painfully sick! Keep up the genuinely great content. Also, I love how this challenge is super accessible to anyone - no matter how fit you are, it comes down to effort so unlike the pull-up challenges where some people couldn’t do one anyone can do it.

I love this I try to get every one at my work to work out with me play basketball ball but they always have an excuse. Even offer them money to beat me. Been doing that since 2015 at the Marriott. And even at this new job. People are just not motivated enough theses days . Sucks because we are just getting older

I love this equipment, this is what i used after a run when my shins are staring to get sore. If you folks wanted to burn hundreds of calories this thing will make you sweat within couple of minutes.
