Check the fuel return elbow, the material from the retainer ring can plug the check valve before you try to start it

Great video Frank... LOL hi range rev! Yep I drove a Brockway tri dump 290 C w/ Spicer air shif 15 I did A hi-rev like that in the dump where there was nobody to hit.

We still rake hay with a 4320 but it has the 8 speed trans. When I had to tow it once put it in 8th gear and had hydraulics for steering not sure if that would work with the powershift.

That old Binder is a Sweetheart. Yup looks like the fiber ring is coming apart, probably pieces blocking the Fuel return fitting on the pump which has a glass check ball. You aware of those? If the return is blocked it will never run, because of too much head pressure In the pump housing. Quick test is to Loosen the Two screws holding the timing window cover and see if it starts. It will leak a little fuel, but that's ok. If it runs, then the return is blocked. I have knocked out the little ball and continued on, until it finally quits, or I get time. TGP
