Don't forget the screw for the door panel upper left where the hole for the vent is, it's towards the top inside the circle, the door panel will not come off unless you force it and break it, this a simple job but for me the hardest part was getting the top of the panel over the top, the chrome piece separated from the panel, I knew somebody was in their already because some of the panel clips were broken and or missing,.

I have a e39 RHD. My right hand front driver side is not working. Will the front right hand side of a left hand drive e39 work?

Just replace the window Regulator in the door thats not working.

he unplugged an airbag, highly recommmend unhooking battery to prevent accidental detonation of airbag
