I'm not in the market for a new house but I'm fascinated by the idea of cohousing. That's what brought me here!

Nice vid! I would have liked to see inside the living quarters. I like the way they look from the outside. And I love that there is such an age range of residents - but didn't see m/any teens?

This sounds so cool, but after watching another video talking about downsides of cohousing and eco living, I can't help but notice how completely mono-racial it is 😅 Which is apparently a common thing

As a native American with 2 children that scares me too. We have lived in the big cities, but very shut in. But all of us crave diversity other wise why would we watch a Co housing video? I like my communities like I like my weed, as many varieties as possible because you never know what interactions will change your world. I can't wait for my family to find the right situation. But no religion stuff.... nope. Not being preached at. Just do good for a reason other then a ticket to heaven.
