I've never been two Twin Peaks you definitely got to try Wingstop Buffalo Wild Wings even Zaxby's has some decent wings from what I hear what you could do to help with back on those if you're using your phone in the restaurant get like a lavalier mic or now they have wireless mics that can Bluetooth to your cell phone that could help block out the background noise.

And then giving your opinion I'm not sure if you said what kind of sauce it was barbecue Cajun or what not but overall I would say you did a pretty good job with the unique Twist on eating chicken wings
