Greetings. i am proud to showcase my first more serious that isnt a supernull that stands and does nothing..
Its an edit of killer colonel although i did my best to make it stand out as much as possible. It uses null coding so it is winmugen only.
it contains few original null moves + a few attacks referencing to other characters.
This character can be played by a human and new moves have been added to his AI in case you want to watch instead.
Character is exchangeable.
