Back in days my grand-grandma who was 104 was watching me playing WE4 and she was thinking it’s actual football. She was very impressed with “that bald guy”(ronaldo) for scoring all the goals almost became a fan. Also on another day she was watching the game she asked me “is it my eyes or there’s something on their heads running with them?”

Combo R.Carlos - Ronaldo up front was just insane. Backup solution was a tall striker like Bierhoff and just cross it. Honestly one of the best football games I've ever played.

@@MondoMeazza THEY ARE NOT FAR FROM TRUTH. CANIGGIA IS FASTEST PLAYER IN HISTORY. AT THAT TIME 1997/98 RONALDO WAS FASTEST WITH BALL. AMOKACHI 1994 WAS SPEED JET. AND ONLY WRONG IS AUGUSTINE SIMO CAUSE YOUNG ETOO WAS FASTEST IN CAMEROON. (JARNI, BABAYARO ARE OVER POWER IN GAME TO NO REASON)

I'm working on it hehe. Is the same version, but tons of fixes and better detalis. Anyway, like we are only 2 persons working and also, editing this game is mad difficult, this take forever. Also, we don't have all the info, so we can edit just some parts of the game. A remake could be great, but only if he keep the gameplay experience intact, just make it with fixes, and better quality.

@@dns9410 sadly it's not finished yet. We have a lot of work to do until reach the 100%, also our edition is limited at some points, cuz we don't have the font code, so all our edition is based in Hexa for arquitecture and we have few programs for images. Anyway, the re edition version it's looking great and we are working really hard on it (we are only 2 ppl for all this work). I will post some images and shorts of the re edition. I will add here a YT link to the video when i already post it.

Buy Radebe first for 20 cause he is best defender in game then earn and buy Asprilla best striker for little money then buy Amokachi fastest player in game then earn little more buy Thuram best defender in history. Then buy my fav player in that game (after Radebe) Luis Hernandez Matador. After that I buy classic best player in history most complete ever RUUD GULLIT. And when u have money u buy best player in game BATISTUTA !!

@@PIP...33 LOL Lilian Thuram the goat of ISS !! best defender in game if u buy him first nobody can beat you. I agree for Batistuta the best player in game. But I will pick Roberto Carlos first cause he have speed and stamina plus very rare superstars who play left ) only Giggs from superplayer have great left foot in that game beside Carlos.

@@Celtics6-0vsMonkeyJordan If U never try to buy Asprilla or Hernandez and Radebe you dont know ISS. Asprilla can jump over Thuram (only player who can beat him in jump on that game) . Radebe is somehow always on right spot when I was young no1 can beat me with SouthAfrica Radebe Masinga and Benny McCarthy were my team forever. But Asprilla is something else. He doesnt have best speed but he is complete he have shoot speed and best jump. As for my fav striker Hernandez , well Ill just say this : Henry wasnt prime at that time (Henry later in real world have best shoot accuracy somehow Luis Hernandez in ISS is best 1 on 1 and accurate shooter just like Bati is best power shooter). So if u want head u buy Asprilla or Zamorano. If U want speed buy Amokachi. If u want accuracy just use Hernandez I never miss goal with him.

@@PIP...33 Man I forgot bout classic players. Yes Gullit isa the best player in game. Only guy who have everything every stats complete. It is well accurate cause he really is the goat 2 way player who have height, speed, dribbling, offense defense, shoot pass , jump strength, and most matter stamina. I think his only weakness like every Holland player is injury prone in real life. But to me Gullit is top 5 player goat, he literally has no weakness in game ppl can say Messi this that but guy is dwarf who cant play with head or size.

As a 4-4-2 game plan, we used to put Roberto Carlos besides Ronaldo in the Attack, and they are the best double in my opinion and the opinion of everyone I played against. 😂😂

My all time 11 Master League WE4: Chilavert Thuram Gobbato Campbell Jarni Oliseh Hadji Giggs Deisler Mboma Amokachi Full of cheap but very good talented players without the expensive Ronaldo, Batistuta, Shevchenko, Rivaldo, Beckham, Figo, Raul, Zidane, etc

@@guillermoenunez6221Amokachi was one of the most complete striker in Winning Eleven 4 dude. As a fast player (speed 9 accel 8) he gifted ability to defense the ball (balance 7) and good attacking prowess (offense 8). He can be used as a short distance free kick taker too (shot power 7 accuracy 8) with appropriate technique it'll easy to score from set piece situation. Despite not physically tall, his aerial ability is good enough. From a corner kick it'll easy for him to won aerial duel (jump 7 heading 8)

roberto carlos was a cheat code that everybody was playing him as a striker lol .when you had brazil vs brazil games , whoever misses loses the game .all you had to do is give the ball to roberto carlos on the side line and accelerate a lil bit then shoot lol

i miss attacking soccer games like this . the current ones are very slow and not responsive , the simulation aproach takes all the fun from a soccer game . miss WE4 and PES4 for this same reason , you could score amazing goals .

I have my own theory that if you have at least one player whose 9 at Speed in your squad, you can win the game even the game hasn't started yet regardless it's "Easy", "Medium" even "Hard" level

Nop, none player has 9 and 9, thats cuz 9 acceleration have a bug, player keep going even if you don't press any arrow, is a big issue. You can test this, when R. Carlos has the red arrow in formation, his speed and acceleration increase, then R. Carlos do this issue and sometimes you can't control him. Ronaldo and others players with 9 and 8, don't suffer too much this, cuz the dribble and technique is high, so, that points contrarest the bug.

@@die1097 un saludo Die. Estuvimos algo alejados por cuestiones personales de la edición, pero ya estamos retomando el proyecto. Yo ahora me estoy fumando partidos de Hungría y de Finlandia para poder elaborar las plantillas y los stats, la verdad es que es algo tedioso porque son equipos realmente muy limitados, pero así como hice todos los demas, le pondré el mejor empeño para que queden lo mejor posible. Un saludo!
