15:48 It was faster, because jumping on grounded trampolines slows you down. He effectively avoided all trampolines and finished it up with drop down trampoline which doesn't slows you down.

you can check if a speedrun level is a hold right by looking at the clear check time and the wr. if they are the same it is probably a hold right level. also if the first clear is the wr chances are its a hold right level

I feel like the level at 20:00 had another possible route with the on off switch. It probably destroyed the bullet bill launcher so you save time from the shell jump.
