Meghan Markle spends a good amount of time chastising but this is really another level. some of these terms are so ridiculous. This seems to be the ultimate in "you are with us or against us". Not much real actionable advice - but Meghan Markle prefers to talk as much as possible.

One of the things that I have considered that Meghan Markle is displaying is - cognitive empathy. This is different from true affective empathy, which is based around true and genuine feelings. This is why I believe Meghan Markle can talk on subjects like racism, feminism, ad infinitum, sounding so confident, and glib and relentless - and yet never really sounding truly sincere. Narcissists are well known for being able to display cognitive empathy when it suits them, of course. But have little or nothing in the way of affective empathy. Affective, empathy can be very silent and quiet even is experienced very differently.
