CharlieBo313 - Your most recent video was shared again last night on reddit @ r/conspiracy. It was a decent response with some positive comments! I reminded the OP that many Leaders start out with good intentions but become crooked on the pathway! Here's Maxine Waters and you'll notice Gary Webb is sitting behind her, very much alive! When she became "infected" her Voters didn't kick her to the Curb! By then they were so beat down and jaded, imho. She lives in a huge Mansion well outside of her Districts extreme Poverty and Crime! You're doing a great work and think your viewers might be helped if they can be shown what MW was before she was corrupted! One Block at a Time! Why would it though? Look at the population. But in the early 90’s we had nearly the same “murder by population %” or whatever they call it with Compton and some years recently we have more than Compton. Not to mention he in here in the day. Go to places like Cleveland, 5th Street, City View, Skyline Village, Piedmont Circle, Green Oaks, etc at night and this is a different world.
@25oxendine5 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I don't live in Winston, but I worked in those neighborhoods in the 90s. It was HELLA dangerous over around Piedmont Circle and Cleveland Projects. The worst place was called Happy Hill Gardens. I remember a couple of names like "Weiner Man" and "Frog" in those areas, and everybody drove the little toyotas with the funky paint jobs and rims. A LOT of people were dying in these same areas. I saw some really bad crime scenes down there. What was just as bad was all of the welfare checks on little kids being left at home to fiend for themselves for days because so many mothers were addicted to crack.

My brother and I were split up, I went to my mother's parents and brother stayed with dad. We had racism in our family. My father's side had Indian on that side, Cherokee and Blackfoot. My brother was a shade or two lighter than me so dad's folks liked him better. Yep that was crazy also a sign of the times.

It really is heartbreaking to see how far gone some of these places are now. Seems like it happened so quickly, too. I went to middle school in east Winston and I couldn’t believe all the houses that had great potential, and people living in them, that just let them go to waste with zero maintenance or repairs. It’s not hard to keep a house looking nice and now a lot of them have been torn down. It’s a crying shame.

Why you trying to make my town look bad
@totalchaos99815 жыл бұрын
I live in Winston Salem, honestly it's not bad here, only recently have things been happening with the murders and shootings on the streets, I'm actually shocked about it tbh. Most of the areas you showed aren't even half bad, just because they look kinda raggedy on the outside those parts of town are the quietest.
@cash2KLIVE2 жыл бұрын
It depends what part you live in, some houses are really nice especially near mount tabor highschool and Reynolds
@totalchaos99812 жыл бұрын
@@cash2KLIVE oh yeah. Buena Vista area and around there is REALLY good. But its other areas that have started getting worse. We've had more than 7 shootings this past month though, which sucks.
