Thanks for clicking on my video ! Wendell and I head out from Dieppe, New Brunswick, CAN and head down toward Sheadiac on the ATV Country Wheelers trails to check out their new club warming shelter and what a beauty it is. We also check out two other warming shelters, stop, make a fire and cook up a lunch. It was a beauty day in the woods and I hope you follow along with our trips.

I just got myself a good winter suit and boots, that should make next winter’s riding more comfortable. Great video! I love the tour of the shelters. I wish we had access to those types of trails down here in MD. Happy to see a video from you. I know you have your hands full with the growing family. I normally watch and comment right after you have put up a video but my life has gotten more hectic. I may be changing my logo from a 4 wheeler to a SxS. Stay tuned my friend. New subscriber. Really enjoyed your video…my 1st for your channel. Being from Minnesota it’s always cool to see new country and new trails. I’ve got a 2002 Yamaha Grizzly. Absolutely love it! Starts & runs as good today as the day I bought it. Those covered bridges are awesome! I’m originally from Iowa and Madison county in southern IA has a lot of covered bridges. That’s where the 1995 movie The Bridges of Madison County has filmed. I always thought they were covered back in the day so horses didn’t spook while crossing them. But come to find out it was mainly done to protect the expensive wood decking from the sun and elements so they’d last longer. Good luck with your channel and keep up the good filming. Cheers!

I really appreciate the feedback, it's hard to please everyone, I personally like commentary as well, but I have had a few comments say "you talk to much" haha which is also fine, it's their opinion and they are entitled to it. Another awesome video. That steak looked some good. Those shelters are amazing, especially the one with the wood ceiling. Takes a lot of time and effort to build and maintain. Couple things. Really enjoy your videos. Plus for sure you should never run winter groomed trails in two wheel drive. Also CFMoto has come leaps and bounds the last couple years. They also have a 5 year 5000km power train warranty. This year they have a phenomenal 1000cc two up ATV with over 90hp. For those crapping on them because they are Chinese I’m your Dads age and I remember everything Japanese being junk. All the major manufacturers need to be looking over their shoulders.

And you are also right about CF Moto, they have came a long way, and I still hear people shitting on them which is too bad, BUT I do see a ton of them on the trails and everyone I talk to says they like them. Who can argue with a 5 year warranty on a off road vehicle ? haha

Awesome video! - - - Thanx for being a considerate trail user! I actually use less fuel by using 4WD in the winter because I'm not spinning my tires as much. - - - Love the shelter tours! - - - 18:21 - I installed one of those in my cargo box to charge my batteries on the go. FINALLY got a chance to watch this episode! Love seeing Wendell (and you! Lol!) get out on your adventures! Y'all have some fabulous trail systemss up there! I'm envious of all the well maintained shelters! I'm afraid they'd get trashed here in Utah. The drone footage was terrific as always. A lot of shelters are going with Cell trail cams, so pictures and videos get sent to someone i the club as soona s you show up. I dono if the dog can have the cooked pork bone, which was why I didn't give it to him haha We will let the birds have it lol

Hey ! thanks so much ! Well some times the shelters do get vandalized or theft of the stove/lights/battery..... the club usually gets funds and donations to replace it. Also some people sort of look after the shelters, go there and clean up, stack the wood and stuff. The big fancy one is sitting next to a few camps, there are cameras there and I had two different people stop in to check on the shelter while I was there, so they keep a close eye on it.

Loved the video! Here in Michigan only the snowmobiles are allowed to be on the groomed trails from end Dec till end of March I believe! We are thinking of selling our sleds though as only used twice this year! We were out on our ATV’s a couple times as well, just not on the groomed trails lol! Wendell is a sweetie!! Oh yeah we have Sled only trails here too, we have to be off them between like Dec to April 15th (Don't quote me haha) but the ATV clubs also groom their trails which is super fun, you can cruise along pretty good when you dont have a little dog with ya haha But I'd rather go slow and bring hm. Loved the video. Those shelters are amazing. It seems there is a great amount of trust for people not to burn through all the wood. I am always impressed that people don't seem to abuse "free" stuff.

Hey ! thank you ! do you guys have ATV clubs or is it mostly off road parks in your area? we have a ton of clubes and they are pretty strong, and they work with the government, private land owners and stuff to make these trails as good as the are.

Glad to see you and Wendel enjoying the great outdoors again. Very nice warming houses. Where are all the snowmobilers? Here in Minnesota you would have seen at least 50 sleds on trails like that. Oh just curious how many miles on the grizzly now, any major problems with it?

Hey Mark ! thanks buddy ! Here we have Sled only trails and ATV trails, so we dont normally see many sleds on our trails b/c the ATV's make ruts and makes the ride suck for sleds, so they stick to their own trails. BUT they do use ours from time to time. I think Im over 4000km on it, I've had zero issues so far, only change oil and clean my air filter. Still have the stock brakes and everything. Saying this may jinx it for me haha

Hey ! I know eh, super lucky to have as many trails as we do. Yes of course, we did a bunch of signal upgrades from Juniper to Bluebell, I love it up there, so much wildlife. Some of the camps there are almost on the tracks haha

were you referring to the turn signal on your Grizzly? Are signals required for road routes in Canada? I love the fresh snow and blazing the first tracks!

Hey ! No no, the Grizzly doesn't have anything like that, I was talking about the CF Moto SXS, it had turn signals on it. I dont know why they just come with them. We are not allowed to make ATV's road legal here but there are some roads in rural places that allow ATV's on the road. I have a video where I am at traffic lights in Sussex NB. really weird feeling.

Nearly every Wisconsin community in my area of the state allows ATVs on the roads in town and many country roads are ATV routes as well. No street kits are required. I used to commute to work on my Grizzly in the winter. Year round it seems like some people don't even have cars anymore, lots of Polaris Rangers and such on the streets. @@Maritimer

Hey man ! Ohhhh nice, the Grizz is a great all around machine. Tacoma.... I absolutely love the truck, its my 2nd one (1st one got t-boned or I'd still be driving it) I really like the new to me one, 3.5l V6 makes decent power and it will tow a ATV easily and even a SXS. SAYING all that, the tacoma's strong suit isn't towing haha You wont notice it on the back of the truck or anything but it;s harder on gas for sure. BUT the way I look at it, is I'm only towing something like 5% of the time, so why have a big truck that will tow really good if I don't need it. I'm a bit frugal with my money haha Plus tacomas last forever.

Enjoyed the video. I like the shelter visits on your videos. I live in Texas and if we had shelters they would be cooling shelters with air conditioning. But if we had them either a bunch of meth heads or illegal immigrants would probably move in them.

Hey ! we defineitley do have some beauty trails, and I think NS is starting to move in that direction.... you need good strong clubs with people who can get involved, and somehow need to get the government to see the opportunity for tourism. NS is so beautiful, and has a TON of abandon railways tracks going all over the place, they make perfect trails to be a base then build trails off of those.

@@Maritimer hey I agree NS has some great trails but most are 64 inches wide and smaller. Also the walkers and such are trying to kill any railway system we have to ride on. I would love to see our province be more like NB and NFLD with more tourists minded trail systems and funding. The atv clubs in the city don’t seem to be as active as say the valley clubs. But this industry could bring a lot of money to the province and people with motels and hotels stores etc. it could even help these places keep going through the winter as well. But we always do everything ass backwards and the hard way here.

@@2CANSAM1970 haha thats true ! the non-motorized group stole the railbed away from us in Porters lake where I grew up.... then they would have "meeting" and votes on week days in the middle of the day, knowing more people are at work... but there is a new group working hard to protect the railbed and make it multi-use.

@@Maritimer yeah my family is all from chezz to past jeddore grew up spending a lot of time down that way ATVING /hunting/ playing ball etc. I have family in the mariners atv club which I see has been trying to get the use of the Lawrencetown trails back from the walkers and building up some trails. But it seems like their numbers have dwindled some. I even have some doing KZfaq as well like get it dirty. I myself haven’t ridden in years really miss it. So I have to live vicariously through everyone else’s videos.😀
