Winter Car Camping and Hiking in the Snow

Жыл бұрынWinter is here, so I went car camping at Lake Pearson in Arthur's Pass. Had a great night out in the car sheltered from the wind and rain. Woke up to nice weather and went for a day hike. I did the Lyndon saddle to Camp saddle Traverse with a fresh dusting of snow. It was a great trip out.

All you need is one of those boot tents and you would be set for eva. Always good to see you out there mate. Those sleeping bags are good. Best investment besides a good backpack.

Another BK Excellent Adventure! Thanks for posting. When I first saw that saddle and another, taller peak I thought you were going there but showing great discretion you chose the path down the saddle to your car. Cheers.
