I know the word I was thinking of, it's Hygge! It's the Danish word for "cozy" and "comfy" put together. For me there is a balance of symmetry when everything is right there in arm's reach and everything is in order for having a nice relaxing snowy evening. Perfection~!

6:10 Hi Tabi-ie! May I ask what type of rice you use since you don’t rinse it at all. I’ve always heard it said that rice has to be rinsed at least 3 times before cooking.
