As an Italian I appreciate that you listened to my compatriot😂. The first rule to cook pasta is to ALWAYS make the water boil first and then you put the pasta in, just as you pre-heat your oven to the right temperature when cooking something in it. You don't even need to buy shorter spaghetti, normal ones will get soft in a couple of seconds once you put them in boiling water and you just need to push them in. I hope you enjoy our cuisine as much as I enjoy yours! Cheers from Italy

Tabi-ie, I'm not Italian, Canadian to be exact, but before boiling the water put some cooking oil or butter into the water before adding the noodles. It serves to purposes. 1. It keeps the noodles from boiling over and 2. It stops the noodles from sticking together. Hope this works for you. I really enjoy your channel.

Nice pasta…as long as you have some Parmesan /grated cheese all should be good to eat 😊

You might wish to try an energy saving way to cook pasta. Bring water to a boil, add pasta, cover pot and turn off heat. The pasta is ready to eat in about the same amount of time. It helps limit carbon monoxide exposure too.
