Awesome fishing!! love your guy's videos!! @5:22 in the video I thought it was funny how you put that tiny hook on even though first off a nice 40lb Hali would not stay on with that thing and second off it was about an inch from the first hook. still lots of meat hanging down to "suck on". Great fishing!!

Never had coho salmon before since it’s illegal to keep in California. How does it compare to king salmon meat?

Coho is good but it's very, very dry. Whereas Kings are oily and moist. I prefer King but I like Coho too.

why is the guide setting the hook then passing off the rod to the client

I have seen rookies snap the rod attempting to set the hook when it hasn’t popped off the downrigger yet. Could be one reason
