5 ай бұрынThis video is not a typical video I would put on my channel. This was more of a stretch project for me. This is a bit of an ARTSY/FARTSY style film. If you like it then its ARTSY...if you think it stinks its... FARTSY! (Thank you Dave)
Just as an FYI. Crowell Creek & Crowell Mountain
These landmark names may have resulted in the corruption of the name Kroll. In 1893, Joseph Kroll lived south of what is now known as Crowell Creek. The creek is shown as Croll Creek on some early Kootenai National Forest Plat Maps.

Jesse, this was truly impressive! Your work was outstanding, and I'd love to see more videos in this style or even a blend of artsy and the usual content. There's absolutely nothing "fartsy" about it! Montana's beauty was captured perfectly.

Don, Wow! Thanks for the compliment. If you only know how hard it was for me not to say anything....trust me it was very hard. One I think it's the goofball in me that wants to entertain, and #2 silence is an awkward thing. Ironically the reason I hike alone is to have my quiet time and to enjoy the serenity. The bigger reason I hike alone.....I have no friends....nobody wants a jack in the box named Jesse. On a serious note maybe I can strike a balance.

I'm slowly starting to figure it out...after 4 years I should have learned something. It just takes time to set up shots and constantly looking for a shot that may seem interesting.

@robbcairl3728 Funny thing is is on the 17th I have to go do a monologue for a part in an independent Horror movie they are going to shoot here in libby. One of the Monologues I was going to do fo the audition was the Tears in the Rain monologue from Blade Runner.

@@hyoh-wu when I am backpacking, I drink the Starbucks instant coffee. Two packets for a cup. It is good. I am glad blitz made it down. Journey is still hesitant on steep stuff.

Interesting about the name getting corrupted over time. We deal with that BS all the time. For example, the county that we live in is pronounced "Care-El" but instead of spelling it like it was named (Cairl), they spell it some kind of funky Carroll, whatever the hell that is. Nice vid....artistic!
