Omg Mere I have the same issue with my “bald spot” 😭 mine is on my left side also. It’s more prominent when I don’t wash my hair since the hair slicks down from being a bit oily

Ahhh!! I get bald spots like that too from wearing my hair in a pony tail! The best thing you can do is to try to keep your down as much as possible and to leave it down when it’s wet. Very refreshing to know that I’m not the only one!

I had the same problem with my hair!! Paul mitchel has an anti-thinning like shampoo and conditioner and a spray you use, works wonders!!!

People who put their hair up regularly can tend to have thinner area towards the hairline. It’s not how you were made in essence, it’s how hair works. There are topical solutions that you can use to help regrow hair, and also hair topicals that help disguise the thin area. You can consult your derm about topical help but there are def over the counter items to help!

Barley grass and turmeric really helped me with these bold spots :) It takes some weeks but now sooo much hair grows there

I get the same thing in my hair. I just use gel or hairspray w water to hold it down! You can also use a tooth brush after u spray to brush the hairs back :)
