Haha yeah, they get really expensive in the US. You can easily spend 2-4000 dollars on an old Hariz. Im guessing just geographical proximity makes them more plentiful here. Definitely true on the real estate market. In my last "real job" I was an assistant manager at a resort in Yellowstone. My goal was to get into hotel management. Maybe I will be adding to the problem (granted I succeed). There are a lot of variables at play where it won't work out but I'm going to go and see. It would be a great learning experience either way.

Yeah, Im looking forward to it! I will be in the region of the Cliffs of Moher. I will be looking to buy in a coastal city near there. A lot could go wrong and it might not work out. Fortunately, I have family I will be staying with while I look. I'v done some research but don't have any experience navigating the real estate market really anywhere outside of the US. As for the low conversion rate of subscribers, it's just on me to produce better videos to make people want to put the effort in to subscribe. Im still only at 9 months on this channel and Im still surpassing the expectations I had when I started.

Yes My Mom, Sister or anyone else (Iv got all my aunts uncles and cousins over there as well) who wants to take on the job. It will also give me a place to stay with a little more space whenever I go over to see my family. For people who collect like antiques the flea market can be great. My Wife's parents have found really valuable things in flea markets around the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Poland (in the summer they go to the Prague Flea Market almost weekly) and then even down in Albania. In fact, they made a whole business of it. They specialize in particular things and they have buyers around Europe and even America. You wouldn't believe me if I told you what they have found in flea markets and were able to resell. A lot of what they focus on is auto-related things. Advertisements/Signs but then some art, vtg glassware, wristwatches. I would make a video about what they do and the kind of business they have but they are in some ways very secretive. They don't want people to know where their warehouse is and they don't want to share the knowledge of whats worth selling from flea markets here. Me, personally I have found items in the past that are worth more than i bought them for.. nothing too extreme. Specifically, video games that were worth maybe 500-1000 kc more than I paid but I dont go to the flea market too often. As I said it's just fun to look through old things and once in a while find nice people to talk to. I know its dusty and dirty and not alot of people's "cup of tea".
