A RÚA - QUIROGA (28 Km)
We face the first kilometers of the stage on asphalt, where a Roman road used to be located, to cross from Ourense to Lugo. The profile of the road is sometimes steep and we can appreciate good panoramic views of the Sil and its meanders. Montefurado, Bendilló or Novaes show their historical relevance linked to the passage of the Romans through Galician lands and to the Hospitaller Order of the Knights of St. John, in the latter case. Water and physical effort will be our weapons to combat the difficulties of the day.
