Chicken Malai Boti
Ingredients For Marinade
Boneless chicken 1 kg
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Green chili paste 2 teaspoons
Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
White pepper powder 3/4 teaspoon
Roasted cumin + coriander mix 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
Yogurt 3 tablespoons
Fresh cream 5 tablespoons
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Coconut powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
Other Ingredients:
Skewers
Capsicum
Onions
Double Dhamaka Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
First Marination
1- 1.3 Kg Chicken cut into 4 pieces
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Second Marination
Thick yogurt 1 cup (for grilling on coals use only 1/4 cup)
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 2 teaspoons (or more according to taste)
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Black Salt 3/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1.5 teaspoons
Oil 1/2 cup
Red food color (optional)
