You guys really need to hire an English proof reader and narrator for your ads. Your products are awesome, as are the marketing visuals, but the vocals are letting your products down.

I got most of it for the hornet and I have got to say it never disappoints. Great value for money. Especially now that they have worldwide stores so shipping and taxes are no issue anymore. Just waiting for more Apache style stuff.

I’m liking that swing construction. I made something like that myself. But since the F-16 throttle blocks the mounting holes, I, not sure that will work (at least not better than my construction. Note, I’m using tie wraps)

Wait, the F-16 ICP they show at 2:17 isn't actually the one they sell on their webpage. Is it a prototype? Are they making a different one? The one advertised on the website has the COM1-COM2-IFF-LIST buttons *beneath* the DED display. And the one on their webpage actually has a dobber switch at the bottom; the one in this ad doesn't (and now that I look closer, it kind of looks CGI)

Beware of the bad quality products of this company. I bought an Orion 2 base 16 months ago, after 14 months of sporadic use, one of the roller bearings broke, and the only solution that support gives me is to buy a new base.

Using TTS for your ads, especially without adequate proofreading, inspires nothing but skepticism in your product quality and customer support. It is, in a word, unprofessional.

Just wondering how the pitiful customer service would work with this in the event of an issue. Are you going to replace faulty units or just send out parts for people to take apart and fix it themselves, like you do with the throttle and sticks? Poor customer service means I won't entertain this company.

You guys really need to hire a translator. Like another comment said, is $50 on fiver something a multi-million dollar company can't afford? It's downright embarrassing, You're not the only Chinese company that does it, but do you not have any self-respect? Or more importantly, desire to actually sell your product to your biggest market which is English speakers?

Nice looking hardware, but it would not be that much effort to have an native English speaker create a script of at least review yours. This is so clearly written by someone who does not natively speak English or was translated online and then read by AI.

How is it in 2024 that stuff released from China still has the most ridiculous and bad English translations? They can create full replica cockpits with accompanying software yet they can't translate a 2 minute advertiseme correctly.

Hahaha, I love your products, but guys... come on! How hard would it have been to hire a native english speaker for like 10 minutes to proof read this script? Or just pay a real person to read it. There are tons of native english speakers all round the world. This is what happens when you try to save money by taking a job away from a person and giving it to a computer.

Get a native English speaker to translate, and then hire an actual human to read it out, for god's sake. I'm embarrassed for you. I will say, though, that WinWing make much better products than they do ads. Damn good, in fact. I've got the Orion 2 F-16 stick and HOTAS and I'm very happy with them.

Winwing has been my favorite product, I have used others but for me it’s always back to Winwing. The only thing I think they need to do is throw in some cams and springs with the base product, most companies do this.
