4 prong motor is case ground, 2 wires for hi and lo speed, and 2 wires for park mechanism.

By changing the wire ground to blue it just make motor spin the other direction

Seriously? First of all, it's wrong information. There is no "third speed" and the shunting of the coils is why it's running so fast... and it won't last very long. It's a two speed motor. Period. Two wires are for the park positioning and the other two are for speeds. The case is the ground.

Can you explain more or post a link where this is explained: what is shunting of the coils is and how the shunting of the coils makes it run faster and why will it make it fail quickly?
