My theory is the teacher had some sort of trauma or something in her childhood that arrested her development sexually and relationally that kept her attracted to boys around that age.

@@AliceALIE-eo2lc To be abused doesn’t mean you need to actually need to have negative feelings. This is going to developmentally change the child’s life in a negative way forever. And they will not even know it Just because a child “asks” for something or “wanted it” that does not mean you are free, or correct to do so. They are non consenting individuals for a reason

Needs to be enforced some times . Jennifer Fichter got 22 years for affairs with three 17 year old students. Guys old enough to know what they were doing and as the affairs were over a period of time and sex on a number of occasions were happy to engage in the relationships . Sentence was way over the top and against the said constitution . It appears that judges dish out whatever sentences they like going by the vast difference for ones given for roughly the same crime so the constitution does not mean much anyway

Pretty sure the 5th grader knew what he was doing also since there was proof of that. He didn't turn her in, the dad did.. otherwise he'd still be trying for sex with her. One grade away from highschool, hell I remember my friends all wanting the social studies teacher and math teacher in school lmao. Either way, she definitely messed up and in today's age who knows what she'll get. But when I graduated I knew of several student athletes who were popular that had slept with female teachers back in the early 2000's lol. So it's definitely not new stuff....

@@shanecoleman7114 in most states, 1-5th grade is elementary, 6-8th is middle school, and 9-12th is high school. This kid was FOUR years from HS, not one.
