Wisconsin Dells KOA - Full Campground Tour!

This is a complete tour of the Wisconsin Dells KOA Campground. The KOA is just a little more than a mile from the intersection of Broadway/Highway 12 and the Wisconsin River, but definitely has some separation from the craziness of downtown Dells. We were able to ride our bikes into town - it took about 5 minutes down Stand Rock Road, which comes out right at Timber Falls Adventure Park/Pirate's Cove Mini Golf.

great tour! I had no idea how much that place offered, I used to live out that way and drove by there all the time.

i have stayed there a few times i mainly go in off season ( before memorial day and then after labor day )

Stayed there last year (Sept 2021). Never again. The park itself is nice. But those trains come ROARING through at any hour of the night/early morning. We were unlucky and unaware of the significance of our site relative to the train tracks. Horrible doesn’t adequately describe the experience.

I didn't see it in your video list but you might want to check out Mirror Lake State Park. That's our home base when we do a Dells weekend.

Great point! We've only been over there kayaking in the lake, but have never stayed there. Devil's Lake State Park in Baraboo is also amazing.

@@midwesttraveldestinations Yeah, I love Devil's Lake but if you try to go camping there it books up fast and sometimes we can't get a site. (I only live a little more than an hour away so a day trip there is possible though.)
