Wisconsin woman accused of fraud, impacting mainly Hmong Americans

A Wisconsin woman is accused of defrauding dozens of investors and misappropriating more than $4 million of their money. A majority of them are Hmong Americans here in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

At one time she may have thought and acted like she's on top of the world. Unfortunately, everything came to an end and she's on the news now. After her jail time she probably thinking about living oversea to hide from people whom she knew through her community. What a shame. LOL

I was supposed to be # 61 on that Maui trip but the limo never picked me up. I stared out the window for two hours straight then thought to myself must have been my $1 investment. So glad I didn’t invest $2.

Damn I use to go to her store all the time when I lived in Milwaukee they make good pho there too and I heard about some of her side hustles but damn a few millions? Wow hopefully someone takes over the establishment if she goes to prison but I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s out the country by now.

@@frankly8087 its stupid to believe in ridiculous groups such as "hmong state" but so many hmong people do. Its stupid to believe in fake shamans demanding money but so many people do. Its stupid to believe in "get rich quick" scams but yet so many people do. After they've been scammed once or twice they grow weary and wiser. Before that they refuse to listen to anyone who tells them its a scam. So I dont feel sorry for these people. The only way for them to grow a brain is for them to lose their money. I bet next time someone tries to promise them land or social status they will think twice. Get it?

Their investment means they have no intention of investing in anything but invest in themselves to see how many hmong families they can squeeze money from for their personal gain than bragged about how rich they are.
