@@TheoneandonlyAntidote Doubt you will get any response, I've been reading these laconic comments which promise much then no follow up comes up to quench the thirst of the eager student. Meditation for spiritual growth or the attraction of gifts is useless. It's much better to try to tackle any dark traits that everyone has to a certain degree, jealousy, egoism and hypocrisy. These are so ingrained in 99.99% of humans that they rush to take control of our minds, when someone starts talking about his success, or someone talks about the fact that their kid came out first in his class and got a scholarship for example there can be a sharp jealousy that arise even if we hypocritically smile. By being self aware slowly try to erode these dark strands form our heart, this will be a more rewarding pursuit than some quest to communicate with superior planes.

The claims of "Ascended Masters" were made well into the 20th century by others. HPB never referred to the Masters as 'Ascended'. That's a fiction.

It does make sense to me and I have experienced some of the things talked about when in the deeply relaxed state similar to meditation. Breathing, meditation and deep states of mind seem to initially be drivers of improved physical and psychological wellbeing that can assist you in all challenges.
