I have never cried watching a television show like I have watching The Leftovers. I think it's probably one of the best shows to ever hit television and I hate that no one is taking notice of it. Some of the episodes of this show are so beautiful they should be held up as masterpieces. Love this video!!!!!

this feels like a massive allegory for simply existing in the modern world with what feels like we are living with dead systems we all know failed and actively kill us but we don't know how to change or stop it so we just keep on living to forget its even there to begin with

I think this show is so great because you can put yourself in the shoes of the actors. We all have loved ones if this was to happen in real life I can see people acting this way.

This show will always push me down and lift me up. I re-watched it recently because I needed to, life was smacking me around, and I was having trouble with the idea of closure. These are really good highlights of what happened in the show. Hell, I don't/didn't always like this show, but I love(d) it always.

The acting is from another world.

It took me a while to make the following statement, as there are many shows that meant a lot to me over the years. But I've come to the conclusion that The Leftovers is the greatest tv series of all time. Nothing comes close to its depth, its intensity, its care for detail. And the fact that all three seasons are so different one from the other, almost like different genres, yet so perfect in their own way... hard to put its uniqueness into words. An extraordinary, wonderful piece of art that deserves to be seen, re-seen and discussed forever.

Greatest show I've watched

The guy who plays John was so underrated. In a show full of amazing actors he gets overlooked. The clip they showed of him in this video was fucking perfection.

Wow! Those scenes between Erika and Nora are some of the best dramatic minutes on TV ever. Good job capturing the essence of the show and why we fans are so obsessed with it. I am both anxiously awaiting the finale -- and dreading it at the same time. I don't want it to end.

suicidal drama..... regretting, beliefs. Some parts referring to 9/11, civil wars, life after death, just death, feelings after broke up, lost.....and entirely so psychological - mind-fluctuation

Just finished series one tonight. This show has just been great. It's nice that I can sit there and get so involved with a show and relish the opportunity to watch something made for adults. as others have said: some of the content of this show is simply beautiful and I look forward to a slow progress through the rest of the show. Like this IS the leftovers, this is the message of the show and all of the beautiful writing/acting/cinematography that conveys that. I loved how you bookended it with THAT SCENE of erika and nora and just showed how all the characters had to cope with loss and i feel that pain and sorrow so deeply because of your editing. we don't deserve you
