I love watching your video’s you guys know what to do and it’s all done with any effort and everyone gets on with the job. The way you guys work under the wagons you wouldn’t be able to do this in the UK as health and Safety would prohibit you doing this with out a lot more safety procedures been carried out, you guys work in a different kind of environment than we do in the Uk. @@Alex_Ander77 Не смеши , парень ! От 20 ти 10 тоннику вообще ничего не будет , проверено в России . Рессоры в обратную сторону выгибаются , но работают . На канале " Pakistani truck " озвучивали массу груза на такие 10 тонники : 55 тонн цемента ! Как им не сломаться ?

for being such intelligent people they (truck owners /drivers) always ignore the gross weight the rigs are allowed to carry. this is a common occurrence whether it be a truck, car, bicycle, or burro.

Just think, Hino speced that axel to carry x pounds of weight, doubled the weight capability when manufactured and when sent to Pakistan it gets broken in half!!!

It's hard to believe a piece of 4 x 5/16 flat would give much strength? Maybe a flame cut piece of 1/2 or 5/8 plate welded on edge woud give greater strength?

That is more like 1/2 Thick. Gives plenty of thrength. Stronger then the axle it's self because those are cast Iron, the repair is appears to be some sort of spring steel.

These axles are only breaking in Pakistan because of overloading,but the repairs are solid the job is well done they have "DONT THROW AWAY" attitude here in Europe everything is thrown away no repairs appliance are not repaired

So what, labour is cheap, parts for them are probably prohibitive cost, and even off available they can't afford to wait months to have them, the truck needs to work otherwise they don't eat. Why do you apply our "first world" standards to these folk who know how to "fix" things rather than being "parts exchangers" like many of our technicians/mechanics are today?

They never straightened it out to begin with. Plust they put the reinforcement plates flat on the bend...not edgeways where there is actual rigidity to them. 😂
