Great video Robyn. I agree with everything you said. Clean sells. I would say a fresh coat of neutral color paint makes everything look good. Fix what's broken so it passes inspection. And I agree if it's still not moving, a bit of staging may do the trick.

Great ideas. When selling or renting a home, I do inexpensive, cosmetic updates: new sink, faucets, cabinet handles, nice switchplates. Lighting and ceiling fans. Decent flooring if needed. A good quality peel and stick backsplash (stone or composite) looks great. Paint walls in neutral colors. Plug in wall aromatherapy units scent nicely.

Miranda is an excellent deal. It looks fantastic and even looks like it's got room for a pool. Many people though have a problem visualizing. A little staging can help with that. Even maybe get the photos virtually staged. 🎉

It's like that all over. Keep in mind I had a home that was on the market over 100 days and received 2 offers on the same day and a home over 1 million dollars went pending in 1 day. Right home, Right time, Right Buyer!

Back in 2022 when btc was at its cycle low, people where saying btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. We are at around 1.4 trillion market cap and only growing, just wait and see the price next year in March it will double....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Evelyn Infurna, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
