I remember finding this song when I was 15. I would ride my bike over to a field near where I lived and lay in the grass with a breeze rolling over me. I’m 24 now and live in a big city, and although I don’t ride bikes much anymore I like to listen to this song on my way to work with the windows down. Wish I could live in that 15 year old moment again just one more time.

When the song gets to 4:10 I start to feel uncomfortable, like the world where I would have always wanted to spend my life crushed into reality, and destroyed the essence of harmony. At this point I felt like that something happened to that girl in the artwork, so the boy had to face the cruel reality of him. Not knowing what to do, he simply said goodbye to the dream he was living in with the soft melody in the end.

this song gives me a really overwhelming nostalgic feeling. it's like i've been here before, somewhere. but i just can't put my finger on it. when i close my eyes and listen to this song i imagine myself in an empty classroom, somewhere in the skies. the blinds of the window are barely open and rays of the sun are almost blocked by the heavy blinds. the rest of the desks and chairs are stacked except for one. the desk i'm sitting on, looking directly at the partly opened blinds. it's like a dreamland. a place where an indescribable amount of bliss fills a part of my body. a place almost recognizable, yet so far. true freedom.

@@indianflippingart9593 not sure where you got AOT, "beneath the pavement, the beach" is a quote from the Situationist International, a group of marxist-anarchist revolutionaries from the 1960s whose theories resonate more today then they ever have. Here's my favorite quote, by member Raoul Vaneigem: “If love is under siege, it is because it threatens the very essence of commercial civilization. Everything is designed to make us forget that love is our most vivid manifestation and the most common power of life that is in us. Shouldn't we wonder how the lights that glimmer in the eye can blow a fuse for a time, even as barriers of oppression break and jam our passions? Yet despite a life stunted and distorted by mediated Spectacle, nothing has ever managed to strip love of its primal force. Although the heart's music fails to overwhelm the cacophony of profit efficiency, bit by bit it composes our destinies, according to tones, chords, and dissonances which render us happy if only we learn to harmonize the scattered notes that string emotions together.”

What I imagined. . she opened her eeyes blinded by the shimmering light for a moment. She sat up, glancing around. Observing every feature she's on. It was land, green land with the rustling leaves and grass. She looked up, only to make eye contact at the twilight's beauty. She felt the breeze, the oh so cool and tranquillity of the gust. She found the strength to slowly stand, as she was weakened for unknown of reasons. The girl's hair ran around gently, she felt her breath hitch as the view of this utopia, this paradise, it was too much to take in personally. The blooming flowers, the running wind, the twinkling sky, the green, green grass and nature. It's life. When time turned and went to dusk, the stars slowly started revealing their light to the Earth. But one thing was certain but, this star, this one light, was glowing the brightest out of all. Her eyes followed it move and come closer to her aid. It slowly shot itself at her direction, causing the girl to flinch and tumble down in surprise. The star was there, right in front of her. She seemed astonished but quietly, and slowly, she reached her hand out and touch the center. Its brightness grew brighter, it flew up and sprouted different colors and hues that powered up the world. She found herself smiling, dancing around in the hill with elegance and kept that smile. The star was her disco ball, shooting strobe lights around. This utopia, was the ballroom, where royalties grace about, and there's her, the delicate princess she's meant to be. Just then, the perspective of the view was closing, emitting light until the screen was completely wiped out. She fluttered her eyes and sat up, her hair a mess and her bed a wreck. She clutched onto her blankets. *She realized it was all a dream, that wonderful world where she wanted to be, to be treated like. She just wanted to feel special amongst others, but I guess it'll have to wait.*

aveces quisiera saltar desde lo alto de una montaña sintiendo como el viento me roza , ver como brilla el sol , apreciar las nubes , respirar profundamente y caer al abismo... seria muy hermoso

"A solemn sadness reigns. A great peace is around us. In its light our cares of the working day grow small and trivial, and bread and cheese-ay, and even kisses-do not seem the only things worth striving for. Thoughts we cannot speak but only listen to flood in upon us, and standing in the stillness under earth's darkening dome, we feel that we are greater than our petty lives. Hung round with those dusky curtains, the world is no longer a mere dingy workshop, but a stately temple wherein man may worship, and where at times in the dimness his groping hands touch God's."

12 years ago. I swear, everytime the number increases, the more I'm scared of what's happened. All time lost. And all that's to come like this.

Mmm, this song reminds me a little bit to "Life is Strange" soundtrack in some aspects, but, I love the song, and I like the fact that it has that characteristic peaceful melody, is so chill, like if you were in the place you always wanted to be, or the one you wished you could turn back...I like how music makes me explore my feelings in this way.
