I'm learning to do it and I have no previous athletic background. I think it is a fantastic goal for adults deciding to pursue health and longevity. It has taken about two years of jogging and exercise as well as trying to have pretty good eating habits before I felt like I had enough strength, confidence, and coordination to try this. I hope you were already able to accomplish this as well mr. announcer man, if not I hope you know that you really can work up to it and do this!

i just learned it today and it's not that hard, start with the swing staying still and hold the chains and flip off like that, then add a little bit more swing each time until you are able to let go of the chains, it feels awesome but don't attempt if you dont think your ready

I stole this guys trick today. My daughter thought I was a bad a$$ lol this old guy stuck the landing way better than I did though

i found it myself when I was 5 years old then was scared to do it for 9 years and then I built up the confidence and now I can do them! they're very fun. An other trick I recommend trying is jumping backwards under the swing! It's very fun as well.
