I have finally finished my first Wltoys 124019 4s speed build and it is an absolute animal😈
First real look at the complete set-up, a trim and a little shakedown on 50% throttle rate before I let him fly😆

Im glad you kept the stickers on the body! Looks amazing! As for the slippy wheels you might need to break them in? Keep up the good work! Cant wait to see a full run! Looking forward to seeing you post in the groups again dude

Thanks mate! Yeah the stickers kind of finish it of perfectly👌 The wheels are brand new so your probably spot on, I thought that after filming😆 Hopefully take it out in the next day or two, raining a bit lately though🥶 And yeah I have been lazy with Facebook but I get so confused, I'm too old🤣

🤣 hopefully not literally😵 Cheers man🤘 I can't wait to open it up, I'll try 50% first because if it gets close to 100mph then I think it will take flight at 150% rates🤣 at 100% I'm thinking it'll get around 120mph, that's fast enough I think🤭

Thanks mate🤘 I don't think I could do actual build vids yet, im still having confidence issues😓but I am starting a breakdown or set-up series, so no driving just going over everything in/on all my cars and explain what I can. So sorry🙏 I will push myself so I can do those types of vids for you!

That is an Awesome looking body. I think you should get plenty of down force to keep it grounded. It sure looks like you should be able to get some wicked fast speeds out of it for sure.

Yeah mate, I can't wait to see what this thing is like even just with 50% but at full throttle😄 And your correct on the downforce, but im thinking the rear wing may be a bit to big compared to the front quite possibly flipping at a certain speed,we will see🤣 but I have an idea if it starts lifting👍

@@rccrazy I dunno. I think with the shape of the nose it should balance out. I could be wrong, but we will see. I suppose you could trim the rear wing a little bit or add something to the front to add a little more down force in the front.

You definitely have more faith in the front end shape than me but yeah, it could be perfect! If not then absolutely less rear wing or more aero on the front👌I definitely don't want to add weight!

@@rccrazy exactly. Avoiding more weight at all costs is a must. Although there is more to it than in a RC, the shape of the nose seems to work well in the full scale cars. I would think at least some of that should translate down to the smaller scale.

Yeah your write, the shape and size would scale down ok you'd think. Let's just hope for the best possible scenario😄

4s rwd slash😯 make sure you got back-up driveshafts, I was breaking the extra heavy duty ones on 3s. It will be fun though😄🤘

Do you mean the real version of this car? It is a (Porsche 962c) If you mean the RC brand that makes this plastic shell that is (Colt RC)

@@rccrazy That's good to know, my 124019 should get delivered today! I already got parts for it worth more than the car xD. I'm gonna try and make it an onroad beast. Not just fast in a straight line, but fast around a track. Did you make all the carbon parts yourself? And are you using the LC Racing body posts?

Nice👌 I'm just about to upload my next run and I had a little mess around with cornering, mine will be amazing for track racing🤩 And yes I hand made all my parts, the body posts are very custom, I kind of show it in the next vid.

Most of my fans run directly from a separate 2s or 3s lipo. Otherwise straight into the receiver.

Sorry about the late reply mate. It's a Porsche 962c 200mm shell made by Colt. I'm not sure where else to get then other than ebay Australia if you were after a link, that's if they are still available.

It's a 1/10 scale shell so it needs modifying to fit a 1/12 car, the width is ok being 200mm but the length is different.

I am very impressive with your procect of 1.10 le mans wltoys. the chassis of 124017 is more extended . maybe will get easy to accept the body of the car

That is AMAZING! We need more people like you in this world😊 When you fit the shell on the car you have to remember width aswell. The Porsche shell is not wide enough for the 1/10 size wltoys cars but is perfect for the 1/12 size wltoys cars. Longer will be better for more speed👍
