I'm so glad that I took the advice from your videos and actually bought my Cuisinart 14 inch Stainless Steel Wok. I love it and wouldn't have any other wok.

I agree with @bgrainger: I use an induction cooktop and the flat-bottomed Cuisinart wok works very well. I have owned other woks that have been more expensive to make and to purchase. This is the one for most of us to use.

This has depressed me. I don’t understand. It’s confusing😩 And also my noodles keep sticking when I add them to stir fry. Please reply.

noodles stick easily if it they're moist .. leave them in the fridge overnight and coat them oil before you store them

The replies below are helpful. I also use Mr. Tak's 'Spot Cleaning' technique of having a squeeze bottle of water handy and squirting a bit of water on the sticking parts. With a hot wok, the result is steam and not a puddle. I use the wok spatula tool to scrape off the thin layer of starchy stuff.
