Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 cups flour
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup double cream
1 cup melted butter
1 cup buttermilk
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Splash of vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of nutmeg
To add:
Chocolate flakes
Blueberries
