I know the devs dont like the bino underwater. But it allows the crew to see what's happening and after a long time of staring at your station it boosts morale seeing what's happening.

Torpedoes should do so much more damage. In exchange I think torpedoes should be large item that can only supply the submarine by crane

Torpedos should cause 1 very hard to repair leek or 2 leeks that still take a while to repair while also flooding at a faster rate Since you have 2-4 shots the leeks could add up fast I have not done testing so this could be in affect I just don’t know

Yeah, historically, torpedos have always been devastating, which is why a good portion of a fleet is specifically designed to hunt and destroy submarines.

That could have been the telescope but if it was binoculars, it was only 100 so not broken but I do see your point

if the hole the caused by toropedo causes a lot of flooding unlike the battle ship it might prove to be more effective to hit diffrent sections of the ship with torpedos causing flooding in all bulk heads instead of just massive in 1 which they can just seal up the one room that is flooded is pretty much useless but 1 flooded compartment proboly won't kill the ship, but i have not done damage testing on torpedos or have i done any flooding testing i only tested out how effective the new trucks would be as sucicde trucks which turned out 1 truck can 1 vs 1 a mpt on a road every time

I do agree however the practicality of torpedos atm is your lucky to hit the target you don’t really have the level of control aim at different areas without moving the entire sub, at least that’s how it was at the time of this recording

Nice work not being seen in the start of combat is key I think Once you get that first leek it’s hard to not get more and have a hard time staying under

Yeh there’s so many downsides to subs atm I’m not convinced it’s worth the cost/effort and on top of that the crew training when effectively you could use 3 GBs and probably get a more cost effective result

@@neptune5726 with a bb you can still affect the land with a sub it’s just a counter to only water but there destroyer can still affect both

V nice! Still not sure subs are worth it though. They are way more expensive than a destroyer and quite fragile. It might be that devs envision them being logi killers like the German WW2 kreigsmarine. They aren’t actually meant to kill DDs and BBs?

There slightly cheaper than a DD but I still feel like there not going to project anywhere near the naval power the collies will be able to with there DD
