I just got a pair . I like them . They are a step up from my Thursday boots . They will take a while to break in . After a few months I will condition them . .

I have a question about putting so much wax on CXL. Is that really a good idea? It looks good, but doesn't that all have to be stripped off later to nourish the leather, since the conditioner or cream won't be able to make it through the wax layer?

There is NO way i am putting all that stuff into my boots ! Into the leather ! Sorry . There is no need for it and its not good for the skin . A pair of good boots only needs to be conditioned every 6 months.

Too much background noise, newer clips are better in this regard
